Shirley Scott is a Wellness Therapy Coach and certified Cold Water Therapist with extensive experience in organising and leading a wide range of events and retreats across Scotland. Her expertise spans yoga, breathwork, meditation, cold water therapy, and wild swimming.

Shirley’s passion for empowering and inspiring others is the driving force behind Watermind. She harnesses Scotland’s stunning natural landscapes to create engaging and enjoyable activities, all designed to promote both mental and physical well-being.

COLD WATER THERAPY, DIP AND WILD SWIM

An experience you won’t forget! Our sessions combine the powerful benefits of cold water therapy and breathwork to help improve both physical and mental well-being. Cold exposure can boost circulation, reduce stress, and enhance resilience, while breathwork promotes relaxation and focus.

How long you stay in the water is entirely up to your personal cold threshold. We typically aim for 5-7 minutes in winter, allowing your body to adapt gradually to the cold, and extend the duration slightly in the warmer summer months. No matter your experience level, our guided sessions ensure you feel supported, invigorated, and empowered every step of the way!

CHANTING MEDITATION

Our meditation sessions offer a space for deep relaxation and self-care, allowing you to nourish your mind and recharge your energy. Led by Shirley, you’ll receive expert guidance and hands-on practice as you explore different meditation techniques in a supportive and calming environment.

Sharing this experience with others and connecting with nature can enhance the benefits, helping to lower stress hormone levels and reduce blood pressure.
