COLD WATER THERAPY AND MINDSET COACHING
BASED NEAR GLASGOW
Our wellness events are held at various lochs and beaches across Scotland. During the wellness events we do outdoor yoga, breathwork, chanting, cold water therapy, dip and swim and a water affirmation chant.
The focus is everything wellness, for the mind, body and soul. Take yourself away from your busy lifestyle for few hours for well earnedyou time to recharge your batteries. Connect with yourself and other like minded human beings on another level and connect with nature on the deepest level. Helping you to become stronger, happier and better! An opportunity for you to become the best version of yourself!
BEACH YOGA
Practice hatha yoga in the outdoors, let the soundtrack of the sea, and gentle music calm your mind as you take in the beautiful views. Feel relaxed and refreshed as you stretch your muscles and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Our yoga session includes postures that work the body whilst calming the mind in equal measure.
COLD WATER THERAPY, DIP AND WILD SWIM
An experience you won't forget in a hurry! Our sessions combine cold water therapy and breathwork to help boost physical and mental health.
How long you stay in the water depends on your own personal cold threshold. We aim for 5-7 minutes in the winter and slightly longer in the summer!
CHANTING MEDITATION
Our meditation session allows you to nourish yourself and recharge. Learn how to start calming the mind. Guidance and practice is given by Shirley, whilst exploring the different approaches of meditation and sharing the space with others. Connecting with nature and being in a place you feel safe, can help lower your blood pressure and stress hormone levels.
RELAX BY THE FIRE WITH MUSIC
Come and join us around the fire. We create a safe social space using our wonderful surroundings as inspiration for our thoughts and feelings. Feel the positive energy flow through the community and allow yourself to release your inner thoughts. Toast marshmallows on the fire, relax amongst friends, share experiences, and enjoy the calming atmosphere of your surroundings.
