Watermind Scotland is based near Glasgow, Scotland. Scotland provides the perfect backdrop for our Watermind Scotland sessions. Join with nature in new and exciting ways. Experience the stunning hills and beautiful waterfalls, streams and rivers. We use the beautiful natural environments of Loch Lomond and further afield within Scotland to facilitate our events. At Watermind we encourage participants throughout Scotland and the UK to join our community of like-minded individuals.
Our sessions provide a stimulating and safe social space where you are able to explore nature and the stunning Scottish scenery. Our classes enable you to immerse yourself within the landscape, connect with your inner thoughts and let down your hair, all at the same time!

I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE - CAN I COME ALONG?
Of course! Watermind invites all levels of competence to come and join. Some of our members come for the fitness side, others for the social side, and some just want to experience something new! There are plenty of opportunity for everyone, so no matter what your level is, you're welcome!

HOW LONG DO YOU STAY IN THE WATER?
This is left completely up to you! How long you stay in the water in a cold water therapy class depends on your own personal cold threshold. We aim for 5-7 minutes in the winter and slightly longer in the summer!
